Villa Manni — The Villa
On the island of Procida
Overlooking the sea of Procida, Villa Manni is a family home set in 5,000 square metres of Mediterranean gardens arranged over seven terraces that cascade towards the blue. Acquired by the Manni family in 1977 and lovingly transformed from a 19th-century farming estate, the villa enjoys an unrivalled view of Capri, Ischia and the Bay of Naples. At its heart lies a 16-metre pool where every swim is mirrored against the sea horizon. An intimate, refined retreat where the warmth of a true Italian home meets the elegance of an exclusive address for stays and events.
The estate stretches over 5,000 square metres and seven sun-drenched terraces that step gently down towards the sea. What began as a 19th-century agricultural property became, in 1977, the beloved home of the Manni family — and, in time, an intimate guest house welcoming travellers from around the world.
Today Marisa and Marco open the doors of the villa with the sincere hospitality of old friends. The 16 × 8 metre swimming pool floats above the bay, framed by olive trees, cacti and bougainvillea, with Capri and Ischia on the horizon. Whether for a quiet island escape or a celebration to remember, Villa Manni offers the rare feeling of being both a treasured guest and entirely at home.
